There is a war, people are dying, we are not sure about tomorrow any more. To alleviate the feeling of anxiety is almost impossible, no one knows how to distract ourselves from events happening to us. Sometimes it seems that this nightmare will stop could I just open eyes, and days are more fearful than nights. But we are alive, we write these lines, we study and teach, we must learn to appreciate every minute of our life. Anxiety is a proof that we have someone to worry about.

When it becomes completely unbearable and a feeling of anxiety consumes me I can see YouTube video or scrolling Instagram. It really helps me to clear my head. But sometimes it’s harder and so I can go to the street if it’s a good sunny weather and listening a meditation and take a deep breaths. Also it’s good to limit coffee in the day when you’re feeling anxiety because this product trigger this emotion of stress.

Sometimes, the best way to stop anxious thoughts is to walk away from the situation. Taking some time to focus on your body and not your mind may help relieve your anxiety.
Also,writing down what’s making you anxious gets it out of your head and can make it less daunting.

Now is a time, when everyone has anxiety occasionally. There are a lot of uncontrolled events, that make us nervous. That’s why we should understand that we cannot control all things that happen to us, but we can control our emotions, feelings and thoughts. Also, breath technique is so helpful from anxiety.

For me, the best thing to cope with the feeling of anxiety is to do sport. When you do strength training you concentrate on doing it right, on how works your muscles. And your energy transfer from mental anxiety to physical activity. By doing sports, you in no way waste your time, which passes so quickly. You make yourself and your body better, you temper yourself and become responsible for your actions.

For me is a little bit difficult to talk about coping with anxiety, because I’ve never learnt how to do it properly. It’s a common idea that you can manage to overcome anxiety by focusing on the outside world like pay attention to smells you feel and sounds you hear, but for me it doesn’t work. And I think that it will work for no one who is in constant state of anxiety. The one thing that can save you from feeling anxious when you are already anxious for a long time is doing something all the time, like keeping yourself busy, and not letting yourself think. But it is not coping, it’s ignoring, so I just don’t have an exact answer
